William Aguilar is the Manager of the Contact Center at American First Credit Union. In addition to his contact center health care experience, he brings over 20 years of credit union experience in various capacities, including Teller, Member Service Specialist, Indirect Lending Specialist, Branch and Call Center Manager. William was a top 5 finalist in CUES Emerging Leaders 2021 competition. William’s business case titled “Contact Center is a Destination” helped him create and implement staff levels with layers to promote growth and opportunity without having to leave the Contact Center. 

William is in his second year at WCMS (OMEGA Class) and has served 6 years on the CCUL Orange County Network Board of Governors, currently serving as its treasurer. William also served on the Inland Empire Network back in the early 2000s. He is a father of 3 amazing adults and ga randfather of 2 wonderful boys. In his spare time, William enjoys grilling and hosting sporting events year-round, along with spending time with his family and girlfriend.
