Bebe Souvannavong

Bebe serves as the Vice President of Learning and Development at Mirastar Federal Credit Union, where she leads the development and scaling of L&D programs designed to develop employee talent, build organizational bench strength, and drive successful training initiatives. With over 30 years of diverse experience across non-profit organizations, high-tech start-ups, and large corporations, Bebe has a proven track record in fostering positive change and making a substantial impact on both individuals and organizations.

An accomplished professional in the fields of L&D, human resources, business development, and international sales/marketing, Bebe excels in talent development, leadership, project management, and strategic partnerships. Her expertise spans a wide range of specialties, including leadership development, coaching and mentoring, public speaking, and building robust training curriculums.

With a passion for DEI, leading with empathy, and serving communities through volunteerism, Bebe thrives as a servant leader and is committed to advancing organizational goals through innovative learning strategies and effective leadership. She enjoys participating on non-profit boards and remains a lifelong learner.

Brandon Jensen

Brandon Jensen is a career financial services professional, with nearly 20 years in the financial services industry, specifically in the credit union space. Brandon has worked in various functions of lending, including asset management and consumer lending, before finding his passion in providing small businesses in the communities served by California Credit Union. Over the past 15 years, wholly focused in the business banking space, Brandon and his team have funded hundreds of millions of dollars in small business loans and commercial real estate in the communities he serves.

Brandon graduated from San Diego State University with a Bachelor of Science in business administration, graduating summa cum laude. He is also a 2025 high honors graduate of the CHI class of WCMS, serving two years as class president and the prestigious Charlie Clark Memorial Award recipient. Brandon currently serves as board chair of The San Diego / Imperial Network of California’s Credit Unions. He is also a board member and member of executive & finance committees with the Boys & Girls Clubs of greater San Diego. In his spare time, Brandon participates in various employee resource groups, including standing as an ally in CCU’s “Women Empowering Women” program.

In his spare time, Brandon is a husband to his wife Alison of almost 20 years, and a father to his boys, Levi (18), Sebastian (15), Harrison (8) and “Rocky the Bad Dog.”

Damian Alarcon-Young

Damian Alarcon-Young is Director of Government Relations & Social Impact at Travis Credit Union — by day a strategist, and by last year’s Dancing with the CU Stars competition, a not-so-secret dance fanatic (thanks to an unforgettable performance with Amanda Merz). Now back as a judge, Damian is ready to celebrate this year’s performers, cheer on creativity and courage, and add a little extra sparkle to a night that’s all about community, connection, and credit union pride.

Frank Espinoza

Frank Espinoza is an accomplished financial services executive with over 23 years of experience in BSA, risk management, and operations. He currently serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Risk Officer at South Bay Credit Union, where he leads the organization’s risk management framework, BSA/AML compliance program, and Cannabis Banking Program.

 

Frank is recognized for building risk-aware cultures, strengthening regulatory adherence, and advising executive leadership on complex risk and compliance matters.

 

In his free time, this proud father of two enjoys spending time with his two wonderful children.

Tiffany Doty

Tiffany Doty is SVP, Sales & Growth at Velera, a provider who empowers CUs with transformative fintech solutions. Tiffany has over 22 years of financial services technology and payments experience and has partnered with hundreds of CUs across the country on creating growth strategies.  She currently leads a team dedicated to accelerating growth within the CU movement by introducing them to fintech solutions that provide unparallel experiences for CU members and staff.

 

She is a strong supporter of the CU philosophy of  “people helping people” and currently serves on the Board of Directors for RMJ Foundation and the CU4Kids Advisory Council at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles. Tiffany holds a Bachelor’s degree focused in Communication from the University of California at Santa Barbara. She currently resides in the Bay Area, CA
