Mirna Bautista
Mirna Bautista is a Computer Operations Manager at Wescom Financial where she leads a dedicated 24/7 data center team of 13 across 3 shifts. She ensures smooth system performance and efficient batch processing around the clock.
She is a proud graduate of the Western Credit Union Management School class of 2025 (CHI).
Mirna is committed to fostering teamwork, driving growth, and achieving operational excellence.
Outside of work she enjoys attending concerts and spending quality time with friends’ and family
Ralph Bautista
Ralph is native to Los Angeles, born and raised. A lifelong Dodger fan who grew up loving sports and still loves being active. He is an active cyclist and part of Wescom’s cycling team, where he is a team captain and has led the charge on their fundraising efforts.
Ralph is married to his best friend Mirna, and together they have raised 3 kids, 2 boys and 1 girl. Ralph and Mirna are coming up on celebrating 32 years of marriage, and believe it or not, we have worked for Wescom for 27 of those 32.
In his off time, Ralph enjoys hiking, camping, cycling, boating, going on multi-day motorcycle rides, and riding the roads less traveled.
At work, Ralph has held several leadership positions, has been part of several mergers and core conversions, and is currently the Vice President of Deposit Operations, overseeing 12 support staff and involved in organizational projects on deposit and member growth initiatives, while supporting Wescom’s business plan. Ralph also serves on the Wescom Foundation board and chairs the Governance committee.
