Miguel has been part of school's first credit union family for nine years, beginning his journey in insurance services and now probably servicing in the diversity equity and inclusion division. In his current role Miguel is passionate about amplifying the voice of his colleagues and fostering a culture of belonging across the organization.

Outside of work Miguel is a true foodie who loves exploring new flavors, catching live concerts, and spending time at amusement parks. Known for his sharp style and smooth rhythm, Miguel brings both flair and finesse to the dance floor and he is ready to show it off!

My name is Marteen Miranda De Jesus, and I’ve had the privilege of working at SchoolsFirst Federal Credit Union for nearly 10 years. I am proud to be part of an organization that truly lives by
the philosophy of “People Helping People.”

 

From a young age, I’ve had a deep love for the arts, and dancing has always held a special place in my heart. It was the most accessible way for me to express myself, and through it, I discovered
confidence, joy, and community. Along the way, I’ve been fortunate to have mentors and supporters who helped me find spaces where I could feel loved, seen, and celebrated.

I’m excited to participate in Dancing with the Credit Union Stars alongside my partner, Miguel Magana. Together, we share not only a passion for dance but also a commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion—values we’ve championed through our work and volunteer efforts.

This event is more than a competition; it’s an opportunity to dance to the rhythm of life while supporting organizations that embody the same philosophy of helping others. I look forward to bringing joy to the stage and contributing to a cause that aids children in need
